1. Eligibility: The Pizza Party Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
2. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by AHIWA ("Sponsor").
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules. You represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
4. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted starting from the launch date and must be received no later than December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
5. How to Enter: Eligible individuals can enter for free by signing up and providing their company's information via the official entry link. No purchase of any goods or services from Sponsor’s eBay store or any other entity is required to enter.
6. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner announcement January 15th 2027. Prize delivered January 31st, 2027.
7. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a pizza party for their company (up to 25 people) valued at up to $100.00 USD. The winner will select the local pizza parlor of their choice in their town. The Sponsor will contact the chosen pizza parlor directly to process and take care of the payment transaction up to $100.00. Any costs exceeding $100.00 are the responsibility of the winner. No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted.
8. Sponsor's Right to Cancel: The Sponsor (AHIWA) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time should a virus, bug, not enough entries, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor (AHIWA) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Giveaway or the receipt, use, or misuse of the prize.
